Established in 2021, OCCTE is a purpose-driven portfolio management company set up by the Occitanie/Pyrénées-Méditerranée regional authorities. With their shared vision of regional regeneration founded on constructive public-private partnerships, Groupe MAGELLIM and OCCTE entered into an exclusive strategic partnership in 2024.

Approved by the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers – AMF), OCCTE supports investment projects with a focus on development capital, the energy transition, decarbonising the economy, and sovereignty.
